aching weekend
well after coming back from a very tiring trip to mt. ophir, and taking my ippt, i'm officially tired and my entire body is aching.
ophir - it was great, it was def more than i expected. with plenty of climbing and finding myself on all fours, clasping for dear life to roots, branches and everything else. it was an experience to remember for life. nevertheless, i did enjoy my journey through nature, pretty proud that i climbed all the way to the summit (4500 ft).
ippt - i passed, and i think i may get a silver award. sprinted thru my 2.4km run and completed it in 9 mins 30 sec. the most tiring 9 mins of my life. one step closer to ORD-ing. ORD loh!
