what do you do when the world comes down on you?

sometimes i think i'm a hypocrate...coz i dish out all this advice to friends and loved ones ...and yet i dont heed my own words....i'm thinkin too much tonite..i think it's because i had an overload of good thai food and strawberry cheese cake...i'm gonna sleep on it tonight
