it doesn't wash my guilt and sorrow away

woke up this morning with a heavy heart still ...5 beers, 2 whiskeys later and i still woke up with a slight hangover and still feeling miserable...i thought the text i got this morning was real and i felt a lil better..but come to find out, she didn't even send it ...so i'm back to square one ...feeling miserable again...
